Role:
Purchasing & Finance Assistant
Salary: Band 5 £26,777 – £28,686 (actual salary £12,578 – £16,843 pro rata)
Employment Terms: Part Time, Permanent, 20-25 hours per week to be agreed
Start Date: January 2025

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Purchasing and Finance Assistant to join Undershaw Specialist School in Hindhead. You will be providing support services to the school in the procurement of goods and services ensuring procedures are followed.
Skills required:.
- Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Previous experience of financial management software
- Ability to think creatively and problem solve.
- A great team player with a flexible “can-do” attitude
