Role:

Site Manager

Salary:   Band 7  £32,512 – £34,654 (actual salary £34,680 – £36,964)
Employment Terms:   Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours, 50 days per week to include every other Saturday
Hours:   Shifts to cover 07:00 – 20:00 Monday to Friday and 07:00 – 15:30 Saturday
Start Date:   December 2024 or January 2025

Do you have experience in site management, facilities management or similar role and looking for your next move?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join Undershaw Specialist School in Hindhead. You will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance and security of the school premises which includes two listed buildings and a swimming pool.

Skills required:.

  • Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Site management, facilities management or similar
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to think creatively and problem solve.
  • A great team player with a flexible “can-do” attitude
  • Patient, resilient and above all, a great sense of humour

Finance Manager

Salary:   Band 9 £40,296 – £43,735 (actual £37,041 – £40,202) pro rata 
Employment Terms:   Full Time, Term time only + 2 weeks
Hours:   Monday – Thursday 08:20 – 16:30 & Friday 08:20 – 15:40
Start Date:   December 2024 or January 2025

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join Undershaw Specialist School in Hindhead. You will be responsible for the finance functions or the school under the direction of the School Business Manager. Ideally you will be AAT qualified or studying towards an accountancy qualification.

Skills required:.

  • Degree of relevant qualification in accountancy
  • Previous experience of working in a bust environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to think creatively and problem solve.
  • A great team player with a flexible “can-do” attitude
  • Patient, resilient and above all, a great sense of humour
