The Undershaw Hall
The Undershaw Hall is a large space and a blank canvas giving it many potential uses. It lends itself particularly well to high impact and exclusive corporate events, Leadership Offsites, Team Development initiatives, and evening fundraising events. It is also an ideal location for family celebrations, reunions, small weddings, and other occasions. The Hall is available with 20 car parking spaces making it an ideal location for guests travelling from further afield. The Lawn at Undershaw
The Lawn is a beautiful outdoor space, with breath-taking vistas over the Surrey countryside. It can be furnished to your taste and to suit your event. With various catering packages and event dressing services available locally, it is a striking location perfect for private family celebrations, afternoon, and evening events and other occasions. Hall and Lawn Package
If you have a high capacity, select event to run then our Undershaw Hall and Lawn, complete with private access and car parking offers the perfect solution. This combination lends itself to exclusive corporate offsites, workshops, and business events, as well as intimate and private family occasions: reunions, ceremonies, and special birthday parties. The atmosphere at this wonderful setting is memorable, the landscape is idyllic and the views spectacular: the overall ambiance is one to remember.

Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA)
The Multi-Use Games Area at Undershaw is the perfect all-weather setting for a multitude of outdoor activity days and sporting clubs. It has tiered natural seating and hosts sporting fundraisers and charity exhibition matches. For local sports clubs, and those from further afield, our MUGA comes complete with car parking, making it an ideal venue for weekend or school holiday groups. If you operate a holiday club and need an indoor space to compliment the MUGA, then please look at the Undershaw Hall (details above). We are happy to discuss bespoke packages of hire to best suit your requirements.

Forest School
Our Forest School is a wonderfully spacious semi-wild setting on the woodland edge of our campus. It is enthroned with trees, shrubs and, of course, lots of mud! The concept of ‘Forest School’ has been busy leading a revolution in the past few years and our facilities are ideal for Forest Tots groups, private Forest School initiatives, and the Scouting movement. If you operate a local Scout group and are looking for a location for teaching bushcraft skills, den-building and other activities vital for life in the natural world, then our facilities would be perfect. Hire of our Forest School includes the private car parking spaces.

Swimming Pool
Our Swimming Pool measures 10m x 4m with a constant depth of 1.25 metres and temperature of 32°C: perfect conditions for swimming classes. The private nature of the pool’s position at the furthest end of the Undershaw campus gives a sense of calm to young swimmers, who might otherwise be distracted by the hustle of a public swimming pool. There is also car parking available and a safe, secure, and friendly atmosphere for all visitors to the Undershaw site.

The Community Hall
Our Community Hall at the Undershaw Arts and Media Centre is a lovely space with so much potential for use. At the weekends it provides a colourful children’s party venue, a calming retreat for yoga, pilates, and other peaceful pastimes. It also hosts bands and acts as a rehearsal space and (when things go well) a small concert venue; this deconsecrated church building has some inviable acoustics! It is utilised as a venue for summer schools, evening classes, and as a meeting space for other community groups. The heritage of this unique building holds many tales and for us there is nothing better than sharing it with the community by opening its doors to local life.
